Indo-Western Gown

Styling and Photography By Farhein Akmal

Hello Beautiful People,

Kaleidoscope fashion events have hosted many shows since 2010, and now for the very first time, they are bringing The Grand Indo Western Bridal Expo and Fashion Show in Auckland on 7th April 2018. We all know how bright and colourful our Indian weddings are, and so are the royalties and traditional rituals. In India, it’s not a just wedding. It’s THE WEDDING!! Traditional wedding ceremony lasts for at least 3-4 days, it’s a festival in itself.

Every time I get an invite to an Indian Wedding,
I almost freak out because of two reasons:
1) Excitement : Colorful Beauiful Lahengas/ Sari/ Gowns; much fooooodd; Pretty Rituals (Each ritual has its own story); And Lights…Decoration..

Therefore, in my today’s post, I plan to show you an Indian wedding-wear.

Our another model, Nishtha Ahuja, is flaunting a very elegant and detailed dark blue traditional gown, which is perfect for a wedding function. It has a resham zari work on it. The best part of this gown is the work on the backside…so beautiful. The sleeves are made of a delicate net. Her earrings and hair accessory add so much grace to the outfit.

Thank you for reading and keep sharing your views, it motivates me to write to you more. 🙂
See you soon, till then – SHINE LIKE A DIAMOND, GLITTER LIKE GOLD.
