Be your bestest best-friend – make sure you self-talk regularly and reflect on your life’s ups and downs; and also reflect on your connections with people that are around.

Don’t beat yourself too hard for not being treated right by others. Trust yourself and love yourself, and still treat these people right for as long as you can keep your mind sane. When life becomes too harsh, ignore the ignorant, don’t let them get you emotionally or mentally.

Most importantly don’t forget to smile every single day when you see yourself in the mirror. 💜 .
